Terms & Conditions
We currently only accept payment through PayPal (including guest checkout where you can pay with a debit/credit card). Once the funds have been deposited and cleared in our account we will process your order and send a receipt of acknowledgment of your order. We shall use our best endeavours to send the goods out within 48 hours by one of our chosen carriers, but do not guarantee this.
Once you place an order you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email as it contains your order number which you will need for any correspondence with us.
Cancellation of orders
If you choose to cancel your order please email email@example.com. Please note that if the goods have already been dispatched before cancellation has been made you are required to return the goods at your own cost before a refund can be made. If you need to return faulty or unwanted goods, please see below returns policy.
Delivery of goods
We use UK Royal Mail to deliver our goods, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Delivery dates are approximate, and no liability is whatsoever accepted in respect of late deliveries. We currently only deliver to addresses in the UK.
If you change your mind about the item when you receive it then please notify us via the Return form (located at the bottom of the home page). Items must be received back to us within 28 days to be eligible for a full refund (minus delivery costs). Once you have completed the form please send the goods back to us at the address listed below including your dispatch note with the item so that we know who has returned the item. If you have lost the dispatch note then please include your order number or contact details in the parcel. Please note that returns are at your own cost. Alternatively you can return the item to our store in Peterborough for free (we are open Tuesday - Saturday). Any refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition and with original tags and packaging. You are responsible for the item until it is received by us. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when sending the parcel in case of any problems. All items are inspected on return. If an item is returned to us worn or damaged in any way then we will not be able to offer a refund.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure our product descriptions, images, pricing and availability are as accurate as possible there may be occasions where errors are made. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information without prior notice.
The availability and pricing of products are subject to change without prior notice. All orders include UK VAT.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that our website is kept up to date there may be occasions where we need to source the stock from the suppliers. In these cases the item will be ordered straight away from our supplier and sent straight out to the customer once received from the supplier. In cases where the supplier does not hold any more stock of the item we will contact you and fully refund the item or offer an alternative if available.
