Delivery of goods
We use UK Royal Mail to deliver our goods, please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries. We currently only deliver to addresses in the UK. Delivery is free on orders over £60. Orders under £60 incur a £4.99 delivery fee.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind about the item when you receive it then please notify us via the Return form (located at the bottom of the home page) or email us at info@bigonstyle.co.uk and indicate whether you would like an exchange or refund. We will then send you a prepaid delivery label via email so that you can return any unwanted items for free.
Items must be received back to us within 28 days of you receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Once you have completed the form or notified us via email please send the goods back to us at the address listed below. Alternatively you can return the item to our store in Peterborough.
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition and with original tags and packaging. You are responsible for the item until it is received by us. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when sending the parcel in case of any problems. All items are inspected on return. If an item is returned to us worn or damaged in any way then we will not be able to offer a refund.
