We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases from Big On Style. However if you do wish to return an item it must be; unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. The item must be returned within 10 days with the proof of purchase. The reason for return must also be stated. 

If goods are received faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately and return the item to us with proof of purchase explaining the reason for return. When received we will then be able to issue you with a replacement or a full refund. 

For hygiene reasons underwear, socks and swimwear are non-returnable.
