How much do you charge for delivery? 

We charge £ 4.95 for a standard delivery service within the UK.

How quickly will I receive my goods? 

It is advisable that you allow seven working days for delivery. If your delivery address is outside the UK please allow 14 days for delivery of your goods. 

Can I get my goods delivered to me at work? 

Yes, the website allows you to enter a different shipping address each time you place a order, however this address will not be saved for the next time you shop online with Big On Style, as your profile only allows one address to be saved.

Is my account debited for the purchases straight away? 

As soon as an order has being placed, the payment will be debited from your account.  

I live overseas can I still purchase from Big On Style? 

Yes that is fine but please ensure you enter your full address including the postcode and the country. Please note that deliveries outside of the UK cost £9.95, and you should allow fourteen days for your order to reach you.

What happens if I am not at home to sign for my parcel(s)? 

The delivery service we use will leave a card informing you that delivery was attempted.  You need to take this card to the local sorting office where you will be able to collect your parcel within 7 working days. 

Is it safe to shop online? 

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software, this is standard technology used for safeguarding your personal information. It works by encrypting information transmitted from our website. 

I have forgotten my password? 

Simply call us on 01733 568200 we will then be able to email your password to you.

Short (30”), regular (32”), tall (34") Please see our size chart as a guide only for more information or contact us directly, as some brands do vary in their sizing so please bear that in mind when ordering. 

How do i register? 

It is easy to register with Big On Style online. Firstly, you  select the item(s) you wish to purchase, then proceed to check out you. On your first order you will need to enter your contact details before completing  the order. Your username is your email address and you will be emailed a password. You will need to remember your these details (email address and password) for each time you wish to purchase from the site in the future.

I need an item to be shortened in length, can you help? 

Yes we do offer a full professional alteration service for both non customers and customers alike for all your alteration requirements. The service is fast, accurate and very efficient to ensure your item is ready for when you need it to be. Please note this service operates in house only and is therefore not avaliable online.

What is your returns policy? 

Our returns policy states that an item must be returned within seven days of receipt, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging. The item itself must be returned unworn and undamaged in order for a refund or exchange to take place. 

If goods are received faulty or damaged please return with proof of purchase explaining the reason for return. Once received, we will then send a replacement out to you. Subject to availablity.
